We provide a sleek, black, mobile bar; all professional bartending tools; premium compostable-plasticware; a selection of standard mixers, fresh garnishes, and signature decor elements for our cocktails only. Our experienced corporate bartenders in SoCal ensure every drink is served efficiently and with a polished presentation. You simply purchase the alcohol and we can even pick up the alcohol for you.
2. How do I book a corporate bar for my company event?
Booking is simple: submit your event details via our website inquiry form or call our office directly. We’ll review your date, guest count, venue logistics, and beverage preferences, then send you a detailed proposal. A signed agreement and deposit secure our team for your event.
3. Can you customize drink menus for our brand or theme?
Using our signature cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails, we’ll collaborate with you to develop a menu, select top-shelf spirits or non-alcoholic alternatives, and design elegant menu cards that can tie into your corporate branding.
4. Do you serve non-alcoholic or “zero-proof” beverages?
Yes. Our non-alcoholic bar service features sophisticated, zero-proof cocktail options, perfect for inclusive corporate gatherings, wellness retreats, or professional mixers where some guests prefer alcohol-free alternatives.

7. What equipment and staffing do you provide?
For most corporate events, we supply:
One or more fully stocked mobile bars
Professional bar tools (shakers, strainers, muddlers, etc.)
Compostable-plasticware
Premium napkins, stirrers, and straws (all compostable)
Experienced corporate bartenders in professional attire
8. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend securing your date at least 4–6 weeks out, especially for peak seasons (Q4 holiday period). Last-minute requests may be accommodated based on availability.
9. What is your cancellation and deposit policy?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Cancellations made before the event will not receive a full deposit refund, per our discretion. We’re happy to discuss date changes or menu adjustments if your plans evolve.
10. How do you ensure compliance and safety?
All our bartenders are alcohol-handling certified and food-handling certified in responsible service. We carry general liability insurance and can provide certificates of insurance upon request. We also adhere to all venue policies and local regulations regarding alcohol service and health protocols. We do reserve the right to not serve alcohol to guests present at an event.
11. Can you integrate with our on-site catering or venue staff?
Absolutely. We coordinate closely with your catering team, venue coordinators, and event planners to ensure smooth logistics—everything from load-in/load-out schedules to power and water access. Our goal is to be a seamless extension of your event staff.
