We provide a sleek black mobile bar, professional bartending tools, premium compostable plasticware, standard mixers and fresh garnishes for our signature drinks only, and signature cocktail decor elements for our signature drinks. Our seasoned SoCal wedding bartenders ensure every drink is served with elegance, efficiency, and charm. You purchase the alcohol—we can even handle pickup to save you the trip.

2. How do I book a bar for my wedding?
Booking is easy: just fill out the wedding inquiry form on our website or call our team directly. We’ll walk you through your vision, guest count, venue details, and drink preferences. You’ll receive a detailed proposal tailored to your celebration. A signed agreement and a deposit will lock in your wedding date.

3. Can you create a custom cocktail menu for our wedding?
Absolutely. We use our signature cocktails and handcrafted non-alcoholic options to build a drink menu that fits your wedding style and personal taste. We’ll help you select top-shelf spirits (or zero-proof alternatives) and can even design beautiful printed menu cards that may reflect your wedding theme or aesthetic.

4. Do you offer non-alcoholic or “zero-proof” cocktails?
Yes! Our zero-proof options are designed for elegance and inclusivity. Whether for a sober celebration or for guests who prefer not to drink, we craft sophisticated mocktails using fresh, high-quality ingredients. These are a hit at weddings and can be featured as signature drinks alongside alcoholic offerings.

5. What types of weddings do you serve?

We’ll send you an itemized quote with no hidden fees—just great service and clear expectations.

7. What’s included in your setup and staff package?
We typically provide:

  • One or more fully stocked mobile bars

  • All bartending tools (shakers, strainers, muddlers, etc.)

  • Compostable cups, napkins, straws, and stirrers

  • Fresh garnishes for signature cocktails

  • Friendly, certified wedding bartenders dressed professionally

8. How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, though earlier is better—especially during peak wedding season (spring through fall). Last-minute requests may be accepted depending on availability.

9. What’s your deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Cancellations before the event will not receive a full refund. If your date shifts or your vision changes, we’re happy to work with you on adjustments.

10. Are your bartenders certified and insured?
Yes. All bartenders are certified in both alcohol and food handling, and we carry full general liability insurance. We’re also happy to provide certificates of insurance upon request. Our team follows all venue rules and legal requirements for alcohol service. For everyone’s safety, we reserve the right not to serve guests.

11. Can you coordinate with our venue or caterer?
Absolutely. We’ll communicate directly with your venue manager, wedding planner, and caterer to ensure seamless integration—handling logistics like setup timing, power access, water needs, and guest flow. We're there to complement your planning team.
